The first of two games this morning saw us take on a decent Whitheads side at The Rec. The away side started the game and took the lead straight away, this seemed to wake The Dale up who put in a brilliant defensive display turning over a number of 6 tag sets. The boys were even better with the ball in hand, scoring individual tries and a some great support tries to run out 14-5 winners.
