First game of the morning was against Whiteheads and they started the match. Thomas Gregory and Jordan Way were straight up and at them with the tackles with Jordan tackling them into touch.  Kian Godwin had a run and offloaded to Thomas Gregory, he passed to Dylan caddy who also had a good run with the ball going through lots of phases of play and the Dale boys went through lots of phases, William Morgan offloads to Jordan Way and he passes back to Thomas Gregory to score the first try 1-0.
Whiteheads restart and Jordan Way tackles them causing a knock-on and scrum awarded to the Dale, William Morgan has a great run and persistence was shown by all the team before the ball finds its way to Max Rossiter to score, 2-0.
Ball goes loose and is picked up by William Morgan, the ball is fed through the team and passed to Dafydd Price, he heads for the try line but was caught just short then a forward pass awards Whiteheads the scrum Thomas Gregory tackles them into touch gaining back possession. Kian Godwin has a great run but he is also tackled into touch, Zac Tucker puts in some great tackles to regain the ball Dylan Caddy has a run and a great offload just before the half-time whistle.

Half time Oakdale 2 - Whiteheads 0

Dale restart the second half with determination and good teamwork going through lots of phases again for Thomas Gregory to score, 3-0.  Whiteheads restarts and we see some excellent tackles by Zac Tucker, Max Rossiter, Jordan Way and Thomas Gregory, Dale push Whiteheads back from the try line, the visitors persist and cross the line to score, 3-1.
From the restart a knock-on by the Dale award scrum to Whiteheads and they score 3-2.
Dale start and the ball passes to Whiteheads, Oliver Cooke tackles Whiteheads causing a loose ball, this is picked up by the Dale but Whiteheads soon gain it back and equalise 3-3.
The Dale restart and Zac Tacker heads off to the try line he passes a few defenders before being tackled and twists his knee and has to leave the field of play. Thomas Gregory finishes the game with a try, 4-3.

Coaches comments - Another great morning of rugby with the boys showing great patience by going through lots of phases, the off loads and tackles were a pleasure to see. Very Happy Coaches!
